Water Confidence Session

These sessions are instructor led and aimed at inspiring confidence in Adults and Children by providing you with the tools and basic knowledge to feel comfortable, capable and confident in and around the open water. 

We will cover the basics of safety including weather conditions and gradually building your confidence through exposure at a pace that you are comfortable with.

Wetsuits and buoyancy aids provided
